What is User Caches?
The CloudKit cache folder in your user Library is used by Apple’s CloudKit framework to store temporary local data for apps and services that sync through iCloud. People may encounter it when reviewing disk usage, troubleshooting sync behavior, or checking what is stored under their user cache folders.

Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
This is generally temporary cache data, not the primary location for your documents or app databases. Removing cache contents may force CloudKit-based apps and services to rebuild local cache data, which can temporarily affect performance, increase network activity, or require content to resync.
Recommendation: You can usually leave this folder alone. If you are troubleshooting sync issues or reclaiming a small amount of space, removing cached contents is usually low risk, but expect the cache to be recreated and some iCloud or app sync activity to resume afterward.
