Your privacy matters. Most Doinno app features work on your device, and we limit online data processing to what is needed to provide the services you choose to use.

Doinno Digital Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains our data protection practices and the types of information we may process when you visit https://doinno.com/, use a Doinno app, contact support, or choose to use a related online service.
When we refer to personal data or personal information, we mean any information relating to a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly.
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to our website and users of Doinno apps, support, and related online services. For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
II. Information we process
Information you voluntarily provide
We may collect, store, and process information you provide through the Contact Us form, including your name, email address, message content, and any files you optionally attach. We use this information only to review and respond to your request.
Information processed automatically
When you access or use the website, certain information about your device and activity may be processed automatically. This information may include device details, browser type, operating system, IP address, time zone, usage data, cookies, and similar technologies.
We may use third-party analytics or infrastructure services to help us understand website performance, improve user experience, prevent fraud, and maintain website security.
diCleaner Online Services
All diCleaner scanning and file analysis is performed locally on your Mac. diCleaner does not upload the contents of files it scans.
When you use Online Information & Comments or choose to check more application updates, diCleaner sends limited descriptive and version information to Doinno. This may include a sanitized path with the macOS account name removed; an app or startup-item name or identifier; an installed version; a publisher; an update source; and basic system compatibility information. We use this information to help determine whether a file or folder may be safe to delete, identify an app or startup item, provide the requested result, and maintain application update information.
diCleaner does not send application binaries, file contents, documents, or browsing history. In diCleaner Settings, each online feature can be set to Ask Next Time, Enabled, or Disabled. Disabling Online Information & Comments hides its information buttons. Disabling additional app update checks still allows checks through an app’s known update source.
If you submit a comment on an online item, we process the display name and comment text you provide. If you leave the display name blank, “diCleaner User” is used. Comments may be moderated and, if approved, displayed publicly with that item.
If you report incorrect application update information, we process the app identifier, installed and reported versions, update source, selected reason, and any optional details you provide.
The direct-download version of diCleaner may connect to Doinno services to check for updates to diCleaner itself. The App Store version and the Applications updater may connect to Apple services to retrieve public app metadata and version information. Standard network information such as IP address, request time, and user-agent data may be processed by our service and infrastructure providers for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
III. Purposes of processing your data
We may use information for the following purposes:
- to improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our website;
- to provide online information, comments, and application update information;
- to communicate with you and respond to your requests;
- to prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security issues;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
IV. Sharing of your information
We do not rent or sell your personal data. We may share limited information with third-party service providers that help us operate, protect, analyze, and improve the website.
