The signature button appears after you select a PDF page. It opens a drawing screen, then lets you adjust the size and position of the signature before applying it to that page. Treat the result like any other signed document and review it carefully.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF and tap the page that requires a signature.
  2. Tap the orange signature button shown with the selected page’s controls.
  3. On Draw your signature below, draw the signature and choose Done.
  4. On Adjust size and position your signature, drag the signature into place and adjust Size.
  5. Choose Confirm.
  6. Inspect the entire page at a readable size.
  7. Export the final document only after verifying the signer, page, and placement.

Before you finish

  • A placed image is not a substitute for any legal identity-verification requirement imposed by the recipient.
  • Do not sign blank or incomplete pages.
  • Keep an unsigned copy when the original may be needed later.

Tips

  • Use a stylus for more control if available.
  • Check that the signature does not cover dates, checkboxes, or nearby text.
