Camera Graph is a legitimate live video tool, but it may request access to your camera, microphone, screen recording, and related macOS video features so it can capture, mix, and output video. Those permissions are normal for its purpose. As with any app that can access live video and screen content, share only the sources you intend to broadcast or record, and review macOS privacy settings if you no longer want it to use those inputs.
Recommendation: Keep Camera Graph if you use it for streaming, presentations, recording, or virtual camera effects on your Mac. If you no longer use those workflows, you can remove it; doing so may also remove its ability to appear as a camera source in meeting and recording apps.
