You can add pages to a saved document instead of scanning the entire document again. Append pages when they belong at the end, or select a page to insert the new scan at an exact position.
Append pages to the end
- Open the destination document.
- In the page-thumbnail column on the left, scroll to the bottom.
- Tap the circular + button labeled Scan and add pages.
- Capture one or more pages and finish the camera scan.
- Wait for the editor to reopen. The scanned pages appear at the end of the PDF.
- Check the new page numbers and final order.
Insert pages at a specific position
- Open the destination document.
- Tap the page next to the intended insertion point.
- Open the selected page’s … menu.
- Choose Scan and insert before this page or Scan and insert after this page.
- Capture one or more pages and finish the camera scan.
- Wait for the editor to reopen, then check the complete document order.
Before you finish
- The before/after choice is relative to the page currently selected.
- The thumbnail-column + button always appends pages to the end and does not depend on which page is selected.
- When a scan contains several pages, diScanner keeps their scanned order and inserts them together.
- Inserted pages adopt the document workflow but may have different lighting or resolution from earlier pages.
- If Camera access has been denied, diScanner shows its Camera Access message and offers Open Settings.
Tips
- Compare page numbers printed on the original with the final PDF order.
- Keep the original document nearby until verification is complete.
