The current default minimum sizes are:

These defaults balance common scan scope and result volume. They do not define whether a file is important.
Use Settings → Scanning to change a value and Default to restore it. New values apply to a new scan, not an already open result.
Lower values usually increase scan duration and review work. Higher values omit smaller candidates.
