Open Settings → Appearance to change supported diCleaner visual preferences.
Choose an appearance
Use a mode compatible with your macOS light or dark environment and accessibility needs. Test result lists, confirmation sheets, and secondary text for readability.
When diCleaner follows the system appearance, switching macOS between Light and Dark also updates the diCleaner menu component.
Choose an accent color
Choose from the available accent colors to change supported highlights and controls. Check selected rows, buttons, and keyboard-focus indicators in both Light and Dark appearances.
When the macOS accent color is set to Multicolor, diCleaner can disable its custom color selection so system-defined colors remain consistent. Choose a specific macOS accent color if you want to select a supported diCleaner accent explicitly.
Apply and verify
Some windows update immediately; others may need to be reopened. Change one preference at a time.
Restore default
Use the supported default control or return to the system-following option. Restart diCleaner if an old window keeps its previous appearance.
Display problems
Update macOS and diCleaner, restore default appearance, and test without unusual contrast or color filters. Include a redacted screenshot and display configuration when contacting support.
Appearance settings do not change scan rules or file selections.
