Check available space
macOS can hide menu extras when the menu bar is crowded. Close the active app or disable less important status items.
Restart the component
Quit the menu component using its own command when available, then reopen diCleaner. Restart the Mac if a login helper remains in a stale state.
Review login behavior
Open System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions and confirm the supported diCleaner component is allowed when you expect it to launch at sign-in.
Status is stale
Wake the Mac fully, check that diCleaner is current, and allow a refresh interval. Sleep and network or storage interface changes can leave a value temporarily unchanged.
Duplicate icons
Remove obsolete app copies and review duplicate login items. Keep the active edition in Applications.
