Some applications limit activated devices or store credentials locally.

Before uninstalling:

  1. Check the developer’s deactivation instructions.
  2. Sign out or deactivate the Mac when required.
  3. Preserve purchase records and the official installer source.
  4. Export settings, presets, and projects.
  5. Confirm access to the account or license manager.

Do not store license keys in a public support report.

Removing the app does not necessarily deactivate it on the developer’s server. Deleting local license files without deactivation can make reuse harder.

For organization-managed licenses, contact the administrator.
