Zuno is an independent desktop client, and the macOS build is distributed unsigned, so macOS may block it until you manually allow it to open. That warning does not by itself mean the app is malicious, but it does mean you should install it only from the publisher's release page and avoid modified copies from third-party download sites. If you sign in, the app may request Keychain access to store an encryption key for your session, which is a normal function for this kind of app.

Recommendation: Keep Zuno if you actively use YouTube Music on your Mac and want a dedicated desktop player. If you do not use it, removing it is reasonable and will only affect your ability to use Zuno’s desktop features and stored local app data.
