Voidol

What is Voidol?

Voidol is a macOS voice changer designed to transform spoken or sung audio into different character-style voices. It is aimed at creators, streamers, performers, and users who want to modify their voice for live use or recorded production. The app supports real-time voice conversion and offers multiple voice models so users can experiment with different vocal styles. Voidol is also used alongside music and recording workflows, including situations where users want to process vocals for creative projects. On Mac, it fits into audio-focused setups for content creation, streaming, and voice performance rather than general system use. Voidol is published by CRIMSON TECHNOLOGY, Inc.

• Use different voice models to create character-style vocal output

• Integrate voice-changing workflows into supported music production setups

Safety overview

Status: Mostly safe

Voidol is legitimate voice-conversion software. Access to audio input devices such as your microphone is normal for this kind of app, and the main privacy consideration is that any live or recorded audio you feed into it may be processed and saved as part of your own projects. Use it with the microphone and audio-routing permissions you intend, and review any recordings or exported files if you handle sensitive speech.

Recommendation: Keep Voidol if you use voice changing, streaming, music production, or character voice workflows on your Mac. If you no longer use it, you can remove the app and its support files to free space, but doing so may delete saved settings, installed voice models, or other app-specific resources.
