Status: Mostly safe
This is a legitimate media app used to stream news and read articles. Normal use may involve internet access, account sign-in, and data handling related to subscriptions, playback, and analytics. If you no longer use the service, removing the app is usually low risk beyond losing its downloaded or saved in-app content.
Recommendation: Keep Дождь if you watch TV Rain or read its news regularly. If you do not use it anymore, you can remove it like other third-party apps; any app-specific downloads, offline items, or sign-in state may be lost.
