Retouch4me Heal
Retouch4me Heal is a macOS photo retouching app and plugin for removing minor skin blemishes while preserving natural-looking texture.
What is Retouch4me Heal?
Retouch4me Heal is a photo retouching tool for macOS that helps photographers and retouchers clean up minor skin defects such as blemishes, pimples, post-acne marks, and visible pores. It is part of the Retouch4me product line by Oleg Sharonov and is designed to speed up portrait and beauty editing without replacing skin with an overly smoothed look. The app can automatically detect problem areas, which is useful for individual portraits as well as group photos. It also fits into common editing workflows as a Photoshop plugin and can be used alongside editors such as Lightroom and Capture One through external editing workflows. Users typically install it to reduce repetitive manual healing work while keeping more control over the final image than a one-click beauty filter.

Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
This is a legitimate creative tool for photo retouching. It needs access to images you choose to edit, and that file access is normal for its purpose. If you use it as part of a plugin or external-editor workflow, removing it can interrupt retouching steps in Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One until it is reinstalled.
Recommendation: Keep Retouch4me Heal if you use portrait or beauty retouching on this Mac. Remove it only if you no longer need its editing workflow or plugin integration, and expect related editing shortcuts or external-editor steps to stop working afterward.
