Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
This is an uninstall utility, so its normal purpose is to remove software and related files. That behavior is expected, but it can also delete downloaded EGW Writings content if you choose that option during removal. Use it only when you want to uninstall EGW Writings or reset that setup, and make sure you do not need any locally stored books or study data before proceeding.
Recommendation: Keep this utility only if you still need it for troubleshooting or for removing EGW Writings from your Mac. If you are not planning to uninstall or reinstall the related app, you can remove the uninstaller itself without affecting normal Mac operation.
