Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
This is a legitimate utility used to manage map and navigation updates for supported Dacia systems. It normally needs access to local storage and removable media such as a USB drive so it can read device data, create backups, and copy update files. Those actions are expected for its purpose. Before installing updates, make sure you are using your own vehicle data and keep a backup so you can restore it if an update does not go as planned.
Recommendation: Keep it if you update or back up a compatible Dacia navigation system from your Mac. If you no longer use the vehicle update workflow, you can remove the app, but you may want to keep any backup files until you are sure you no longer need them.
