百度网盘
百度网盘 is Baidu's cloud storage app for uploading, downloading, organizing, and sharing files across devices on macOS.
What is 百度网盘?
百度网盘 is a cloud storage and file transfer app for managing files stored in your Baidu Netdisk account from a Mac. It helps users upload documents and folders, download large files more reliably than a browser, and organize cloud content in a dedicated desktop client. The macOS app is aimed at people who regularly move files between local storage and Baidu's online service, including personal backups, shared downloads, and collaborative file exchange. Common tasks include batch transfers, resumable downloads, browsing cloud folders, and previewing some media files. 百度网盘 is part of Baidu's wider cross-device storage service, so the same account and files can be accessed from desktop and mobile platforms.

Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
This is legitimate cloud storage software. It normally needs network access and access to files you choose to upload or download, and some features may interact with browser downloads or local folders to complete transfers. As with any cloud storage app, use it only with accounts and files you trust, review what you sync or upload, and avoid granting broader file access than you need for your workflow.
Recommendation: Keep 百度网盘 if you actively use Baidu Netdisk for cloud storage, large downloads, or file sharing on your Mac. If you no longer use the service, removing the app is usually reasonable and will stop its desktop transfer features, but your cloud files remain in your online account unless you delete them there.
