CalcMadeEasy
CalcMadeEasy is a macOS calculator app for scientific math and note-taking, helping users work through calculations and keep results together.
What is CalcMadeEasy?
CalcMadeEasy is a native Mac calculator app focused on scientific calculations and built-in note-taking. It helps users handle everyday math, more advanced functions, and saved calculation notes in one workspace instead of switching between a calculator and a separate text document. The app supports general scientific and mathematical operations, including functions such as nCr, nPr, and mod, and it provides both a basic view and a fuller scientific layout. It is suited to students, office users, and anyone who wants to keep a readable history of their work while solving problems. CalcMadeEasy is published by Lalit Patil and is distributed for Mac through the App Store.

Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
CalcMadeEasy is a calculator and note-taking app, so its normal use is limited to the information you type into it. The main practical consideration is that any notes or saved calculations you keep in the app may remain on your Mac until you remove the app and its data. Privacy details on the App Store listing are limited, so avoid storing sensitive financial, account, or personal information in notes unless you are comfortable keeping that data locally. For routine calculator use, it is a low-risk app.
Recommendation: Keep CalcMadeEasy if you use its scientific calculator or built-in notes. If you no longer use it, you can remove it like other Mac apps; doing so may also remove access to saved notes or calculation history you still want to keep.
