Common use cases include checking for member deals before completing a purchase, browsing participating offers, and redeeming rewards tied to AAA discount programs. Safety overview
Status: Mostly safe
This app is intended to monitor supported shopping activity so it can show discount alerts and rewards offers, which means some browsing-related data may be used as part of its normal function. That kind of access is expected for a shopping extension or companion app, but you should only keep it installed if you actively use AAA shopping benefits and are comfortable receiving deal prompts while browsing. If you no longer use the service, removing the app may stop shopping alerts and reward tracking connected to it.
Recommendation: Keep AAA Discounts if you use AAA member shopping offers and want automatic alerts while browsing. If you do not use those discounts regularly, you can remove it with little impact beyond losing shopping notifications and related offer tracking.
