Add a city when you need its local clock or astronomical context.
Steps
- On World Clock, find the Locations heading.
- Tap the + beside it.
- Choose Cities, Countries, or Time Zones at the top of the add sheet.
- Search by city, country, province, or supported time-zone text.
- Review the region and time-zone subtitle, then tap the intended result.
- The sheet closes after the location is added. Verify its date, time, and time difference in Locations.
Before you finish
- The city database is bundled with diClock. Search results represent its location records, not Contacts or device location history.
- A manually selected city does not require continuous access to your physical location.
- diClock prevents the same city, country, and time-zone record from being added twice.
Tips
- Search with a country or region name if results are ambiguous.
- Use Countries or Time Zones when you want one representative clock rather than a specific city.
