Each macOS account has its own Home folder, privacy state, Trash, and application data.
Full Disk Access does not create authorization to manage another person’s content. File ownership, account policy, and consent still apply.
Ask the user to run the relevant scan in their account when appropriate. Use administrator processes only when you are authorized to maintain the Mac.
Do not change ownership recursively or weaken system protection to include another Home folder.
On a managed Mac, follow the organization’s data-handling and retention policy.
