Items in Trash remain recoverable until they are permanently removed by emptying Trash or cleanup behavior.
Checks to make
- Open Trash.
- Find the item using its title and date.
- Choose the recover action.
- Return to the main list and open the restored reminder.
- Verify its alerts and save again if scheduling needs refresh.
What the result tells you
- An item cannot be recovered from in-app Trash after permanent removal.
- With sync enabled, allow time for the restored state to reach other devices.

- Do not empty Trash during recovery.
- Test the restored notification if the reminder is important.
