Before confirming:

  5. Expand every result group.
  6. Preserve personal files, projects, shared data, and current diagnostics.

  8. Confirm external storage will remain connected.
  9. Read whether the action uses Trash or is intended to be permanent.
  10. Approve only matching macOS authorization.
